Agreement to Terms

These Text Message Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging service provided by JC/AC LLC (the “Company”). By submitting a form or verbally consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Opt-In Policy

JC/AC LLC will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at our location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text Message Terms

  • Description of Program: You agree to receive text messages from JC/AC LLC related to your service requests, appointments, account updates, and other informational messages.
  • Specific Messages: Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just **text STOP** to unsubscribe from any further messages from JC/AC LLC. Once you opt-out, you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription, and **no further messages will be sent.**
